saw the endo today. and he was all like "if Dr.W says to go, then we go; so let's go." well...maybe it made more sense when he was speaking like a normal human, but that's the gist. I have a prescription in my wallet, I'm buzzed...and I never thought I'd look forward to having a stiff ass from injections, but there you have it.

There were four options, the first being the shots, that I took, second being to take two pills twice a day, which I know wouldn't work. once a day maybe, but the second just won't work with my job, and I'll forget it come school time, so that was out. next choice was a patch...which...no. Just no. I'd manage to fuck it up or be allergic or something stupid. and last was a gel you wipe on in the am, do your morning routine with it on so your skin can absorb it, and then do your thing. I thought that was interesting, but also wasn't totally sure about completely shifting my morning routine around, plus my brain was having issues with understanding how it worked, not to mention having strange albeit funny mental images of the side effects of MP giving me a hug before she leaves and growing a beard from it (not really what would happen, but you know.) that one seemed like a possibility, but I'm comfortable with injections, and it seemed like the best for being finnicky to get it working best.

I'm so fucking tired now, lol. Oh, so I went and talked to my school about changing the F to and M since I was there to pay fees anyway, and the lady consulted her supervisor, then came back with a smile and told me they had never had to do that before, and thus had no procedure for it. so she's gonna call me back when they make up some rules and requirements. lol. I need to get a letter from Dr.F. or Dr.W...preferably F.
